ODS Signature Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your ODS Signature purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Customized or made‑to‑order items are final sale unless defective.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final‑sale items

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@optimaldentalsolutions.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll send a prepaid return label (if applicable).

  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Customer‑initiated returns: $6.95 return shipping fee deducted from refund.

  • ODS‑caused issues (wrong item, defective item): free return shipping.

Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as a return + new purchase to ensure accurate inventory.

Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
